Fischer's design for a hand painted room he designed at the Kips Bay Show House in New York City led to Fischer's eponymous collection for Brunchwig & Fils of wallpaper and fabrics. Designs from this collection are part of the permanent collection of the Cooper Hewitt, America's National Design Museum.  This collection was followed by bedding collections for Martex, wallpaper and fabric for 

F. Schumacher & Co. , fine paper products for Caspari and C.R. Gibson, as well as creating the official White House Historical Association's holiday cards and exclusive gift ware collections.
